Ash joins us from her role managing all things administration for one of Palmerston North’s leading traffic management clients. Prior to that Ash and her husband owned their own business in Auckland, where her role involved sales, administration and customer service. Matt joins us as National Operations Manager, based in Auckland but covering Nationwide! Matt has many years of recruitment experience and brings a wealth of knowledge in both the white and blue collar spaces. Having extensive experience in corporate sales and business management as well as recruitment Matt can bring expertise to the recruitment of your teams as well as assisting you into your next opportunity. Aaron joins us from a background in recruitment and hospitality. Aaron began his career as a rugby player, representing his province in NPC rugby, Super Rugby and representing NZ as a Maori All Black. Aaron has excellent experience in the recruitment of both blue and white collar temporary and permanent staff and joins us with a wealth of experience in client and candidate management. Lisa Anderson joins us in Auckland with a varied and unique background in people management, and a passion for networking and interacting with her clients to ensure she presents the right candidates for their employment needs. Positive and organised, we know you will find her can do attitude refreshing and efficient. Logistics, Construction, Hospitality, Medical and Administration experience gives Lisa a head start, which will be beneficial to our clients and candidates throughout NZ.

Stephanie has excellent experience as both an administrator and a recruitment consultant, so she has now undertaken a new role with us as Support Services Manager. Sheilah joins us with a very solid background in administration and customer service. Her role includes such things as candidate co-ordination, administration and client liaison. Meet Muffin and Mungo Pratt, our office cats. Both cats were living under our building in Palmerston North and between them produced seven kittens. The A team managed to catch and rehome the kittens and arrange for Muffin and Mungo to be spayed and microchipped to Action Personnel, with assistance from the amazing Manawatu Alley Cat Trust. Now both cats live happily at our office like the royalty they are!
