Title: Executive Assistant
Description: We are looking on our client’s behalf for a dynamic, ultra-efficient Executive Assistant. This full-time role is ideal for a professional, confident and capable person who has had previous experience in a similar position. This is a long-term temporary role so immediate availability is essential. There is definite potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. Our client is looking for: • A dynamic and strategic thinker • A problem solver who goes above and beyond to get the job done • A natural organiser who is always two steps ahead • Someone with project management experience would be ideal • A person with excellent computer literacy and impeccable communication skills • An accurate, meticulous administrator Your duties will include, but not be limited to: • Extensive diary and email management • A high level of administrative support • Scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms • Attending and taking minutes at meetings • Organising travel, including flights and accommodation • Liaising with various stakeholders • Implementing and managing projects You will be using your strong communication and interpersonal skills daily to liaise with a variety of internal and external customers so a confident personality and a calm demeanour is essential.
