Title: Insurance Adviser
Description: We are looking for a commercially savvy professional to join a well-respected and established company based in the beautiful Hawkes Bay. Our client is a 100% New Zealand owned and operated insurance brokerage who have looked after the insurance needs of Kiwis around the country for over 20 years. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong customer service background, knowledge of the financial services market and a reputation for integrity. You will be comfortable actively identifying sales opportunities and leveraging leads while maintaining consistent sales targets. To be considered for this role, candidates should have the following competencies: Analytical thinking. Initiative. Business awareness. Tenacity. Strategic thinking. Positive approach to change. Sales skills. Relationship building. Professional presentation and communication skills. As a position of trust, there are qualifications that must be held for this role. Whilst not a requirement to be considered for this position as training can be provided, an AFA qualification would be an advantage.
