Title: Personal Assistant
Description: Our client is a large government organisation looking for a proactive, energetic, and organised Personal Assistant for a temporary part-time assignment starting 21st March. You will display drive, enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills, meeting deadlines while remaining calm and keeping your sense of humour. In this role you will provide a wide range of support, including: Extensive diary and email management A high level of administrative support Scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms Attending and taking minutes at meetings Incoming and outgoing calls General administrative tasks, using initiative to make daily decisions To be a success in this role, you will possess: Strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to operate proactively and with flexibility Excellent IT skills, including advanced MS Office experience in Word & Excel and the ability to pick up new software packages Effective relationship skills and the ability to communicate with senior management and staff Professional personal presentation We are looking for someone who has a professional approach, is flexible, adaptable and outgoing with high levels of initiative.
