Action Personnel Ltd has been Palmerston North premier provider of recruitment services for over 30 years.  First established by Bev Khan and known as Action Secretaries it  was purchased in 1989 by Ron Tyson and rebranded as , Action Personnel.  Ron still owned the business until he passed away suddenly in 2012. The business has been passed on to Sue Wells.

Action Personnel provide a range of recruitment services from Permanent Placement, Temporary and Contract Staff, Pre-employment Skill and Personality Profiling to CV construction.

Sue re-joined Action Personnel team in 2005 after initially working for Action Personnel back in the early 90ís! Sue has over 20 year recruiting experience having worked in both the private and public sectors throughout NZ.  In her spare time when not playing taxi service to 3 children, she can be found supporting them playing cricket, tennis and squash.

Jo is the newest member of our team and after recently completing a BBS majoring in Human Resources at Massey University in Palmerston North Jo has decided recruitment is where it is at. She will be the one to answer and assist you will all your queries, while learning the ropes of consulting.
